Based on first use, great product. I used the pushup function and the ab roller. Total of 50 deep pushups and ab rolls. No cheat pushups. I tried a different hand position with each set of 10. By the end, my arms were struggling. Very effective. Ab roller is an ab roller, it burns. Used it about twenty minutes ago and my arms are still feeling the pump.
Overall feels sturdy, good grips, and the variety of positions makes it interesting to use. It also comes with a bag for easy transport or storage.

This is great for in home workout. Push up board is solid, the handles remain in place as they should. Instructions aren’t really there but it’s pretty simple and self explanatory. The 40lbs-180lbs resistance bands are great, the door buckle is great. The only reason this doesn’t get a 5 star review is because the ankle straps are poorly designed, they’re made with Velcro so when you’re trying to use them for leg workouts the come un-strapped immediately so they’re essentially pointless.

This is being changed to 5 stars because I kept messing with it and discovered the first time I was strapping them improperly. They work perfect when you strap them perfect. Definitely recommend this for people with kids that don’t have time to go workout so they have to do it at home.

I only use the push up board but its pretty handy to focus different parts of the arm. Its easy to assemble and fairly sturdy. I use it for every home workout which is almost everyday now. Stability is mostly there but not perfect. In general I think this is a great purchase.

This is a great all around board. Lightweight, sturdy, and effective. The only thing i would change is have different levels of resistance for the resistance bands. Even with all 3 colors on its not quite enough to get an effective arm workout. But overall a great board for the cost.

I haven’t had the chance to use this push-up board and home gym set yet because it’s a Christmas gift for my son, but I’m really impressed with everything that comes in the box. The kit includes the push-up board, Pilates bar, resistance bands, ab roller, and a bunch of accessories — definitely a complete setup for full-body workouts at home.
Everything looks well-made and sturdy, and the pieces fit together nicely. It’s compact and portable, which is exactly what I was looking for. If the performance matches the quality and variety of the equipment, I think my son is going to love it.
I’ll update the review once he’s had a chance to put it to use, but so far, it seems like a great purchase!

My son absolutely loves this. He has been using it every day since Christmas. And likes that you can reposition the handles and has multiple options to do different workouts. And helps him keep his back more straight. It’s so it’s more comfortable for him to use and safe. I was unsure since it was kind of thin plastic. How? Well it would hold up, But it is very sturdy, and does exactly what it says it will
